About R-32 Refrigerant

R-32 is a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant used in compatible air conditioning and heat pump systems. It is widely used in new equipment as an alternative to R-410A and offers a lower global warming potential than R-410A.

R-32 is intended for new equipment specifically designed and approved for its use and should not be used as a retrofit refrigerant in systems not designed for R-32.

Convenient & Reliable

The compact 28.2 oz. / 1.8 lb. container is designed for convenient servicing of compatible air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment. The 1/4″ SAE self-sealing valve allows connection to compatible service hoses and equipment.

This product contains 100% virgin refrigerant in factory-sealed packaging and meets or exceeds ARI-700 standards.

Application method

πŸ› οΈ Application Method

  1. Ensure your HVAC system is specifically designed for R-32 refrigerant.
  2. Wear appropriate PPE and work in a well-ventilated area due to mild flammability (A2L rating).
  3. Connect your charging hose to the cylinder’s left-hand threaded valve using a compatible adapter if needed.
  4. Charge the system carefully according to the manufacturer's specifications and pressure guidelines.
  5. Once finished, tightly close the valve and store the cylinder upright in a cool, dry location.

⚠️ Warning: R-32 is not a retrofit gas. Use only with systems that are approved and labeled for R-32. Improper use may result in damage or hazards.
